1 BUCS CARE FOUNDATION 50/50 RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS NO CONTRIBUTION OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Bucs Care Foundation, Inc. ( Foundation ), the official charity of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Football club (the Buccaneers ), and a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, is sponsoring a single-prize chance drawing ( Raffle") to be conducted at selected Buccaneers regular season home games ( Games ) played between the dates of September 7, 2014 and December 28, 2014 (the Raffle Period ), at Raymond James Stadium ( the Stadium ), Tampa, Florida 33607, during a time period at each Game (the Entry Period ) beginning at the time parking lots around the Stadium open to the public for that particular Game and ending with the beginning of the third quarter of the Game. A list of Games scheduled to be played at the Stadium during the Raffle Period and the time gates open to the public for each Game are available at National Football League ( NFL ) Game dates and times and gate opening times are determined in the sole discretion of the NFL and/or the Buccaneers, as applicable, and are subject to change. If a scheduled Game is not played for any reason, there will be no Raffle conducted on the date of that Game. The Raffle raises funds for Buccaneers charitable programs and local charities to support the local Tampa Bay community and reward fans for their participation. 50% of all Net Raffle Proceeds raised during each Game are awarded to the owner of the ticket with the number selected randomly from all entries to be the winning ticket and the other 50% is retained by Foundation. A portion of the Foundation s proceeds may be donated to a local area charity selected by Foundation. The odds of winning will depend on the number of tickets distributed for any Raffle. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 18 years or older to hold a valid Raffle ticket. Foundation has the right to request photo identification from any person desiring to enter the Raffle. Employees and immediate relatives of Foundation and Buccaneers Limited Partnership ( BLP ) are not eligible to participate in the Raffle. Raffle is void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Raffle, entrants (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Foundation, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Raffle. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Raffle. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. During the Entry Period for each Game, Raffle tickets will be available from four (4) stationary selling locations on the concourses at the Stadium ( Kiosks ), in the following Sections: Section 106/206; Section 115/215; Section 131/231; Section 140/240; or from uniformed Raffle Sales Representatives roaming throughout the Stadium and the surrounding parking lots; or in accordance with the Alternate Methods of Entry below. Each ticket serves as Entrant s receipt and represents one (1) entry for that particular Game s Raffle. The ticket may not be used for any past or future Raffle drawings. 1 of 5

2 Fans are asked to make a suggested donation of $5 for 3 tickets, $10 for 10 tickets, or $20 for 40 tickets. Entrants may donate to receive as many tickets as they wish, subject to availability. No refunds will be made, except as otherwise determined by Foundation in its sole discretion. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible. Making a donation does not improve your chances of winning. Alternate Methods of Entry: Fans who do not wish to make a donation may either (a) request one (1) ticket from any roaming Raffle Sales Representative or Kiosk; (b) pick up one (1) ticket from an open Box Office ticket window at the Stadium during Box Office hours for each Game in which the Raffle is being conducted; or (2) mail in or deliver an entry containing entrant s name, address, phone number, the requested Game and Game date for which the raffle ticket is being requested, and a selfaddressed stamped envelope. Mail entries must be mailed to Bucs Care Foundation 50/50 Raffle Entries, One Buccaneer Place, Tampa, FL and be received on or before the date of the Game for which the Raffle is being conducted. All eligible entries received will be processed during each Entry Period. Entrants who entered the Raffle by mail will receive their ticket entry by mail, which will be postmarked on the Monday following each Game. GRAND PRIZE: The holder of the Winning Ticket shall be entitled to receive, upon compliance with these Official Rules, the greater of: (a) fifty percent (50%) of the Net Raffle Proceeds; or (b) Fifty Dollars ($50.00) (the Grand Prize ). Net Raffle Proceeds shall mean total Raffle Proceeds for the applicable Game less (i) 12% to cover royalties, staffing, and other equipment-related costs; and (ii) the Withholding Amount (as defined below), if any. Foundation is required by law to withhold and remit to the Internal Revenue Service on the Winner s behalf an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Prize (such amount being referred to herein as the Withholding Amount ) if the Grand Prize is greater than $5,000 and if the Winner is a citizen or resident alien of the United States with a Social Security Number (different rules as promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service apply for nonresident aliens and for resident aliens and citizens of the United States who do not have a Social Security number). In the event that Winner, on the date that the Grand Prize is claimed, has an outstanding, past-due balance with the Buccaneers (or any of its related entities), Foundation is authorized to withhold up to one hundred percent (100%) of the Grand Prize in settlement of all or a portion of such outstanding debt, as applicable. For purposes of clarification, Foundation will withhold only that amount necessary to satisfy the outstanding debt. Any and all remaining Grand Prize amounts shall be issued to Winner in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. PRIZE RESTRICTION: The Grand Prize is not transferable or assignable and cannot be substituted for another prize. Any and all taxes, fees, and other costs including but not limited to federal and, if applicable, state and local income and withholding taxes that may arise and be due or asserted on the value of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Raffle winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. WINNER SELECTION & REDEMPTION: The winning ticket bearing the winning ticket number ( Winning Ticket ) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at the start of the 4th quarter for each Game. The Winning Ticket number will be displayed during the 4th quarter on the main scoreboards and will also be posted on the following websites the following day: Winners do not need to be present to win. Winners may redeem the Grand Prize by (1) bringing their Winning Ticket to any Buccaneers Guest & Member Relations booth located behind Sections 106 and 131 at the Stadium before end-of-game; or (2) winners must otherwise redeem their prize within 14 business days of the drawing by presenting the winning ticket to a Foundation representative at One Buccaneer Place, Tampa, Florida For questions or inquiries, please call a Bucs Care Foundation representative at during regular business hours Monday through Friday. The Winning Ticket is the only valid receipt for claiming a prize. Foundation, BLP, the NFL and its member clubs, and any of their parent or subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and affiliated entities are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or tickets redeemed in error by its agents. 2 of 5

3 Upon presentation of the Winning Ticket to Foundation during the Claims Period and verification by Foundation that it bears the winning number and is the authentic Winning Ticket (with the date upon which the Winning Ticket is presented to Foundation being hereinafter referred to as the Delivery Date ), the Ticket will be retained by Foundation, the Raffle Winner shall provide his or her photo identification and one other form of identification as noted below, mailing address ( Mailing Address ) and telephone number, and Foundation shall provide the Raffle Winner with written verification that he or she has won the Raffle. The Raffle Winner will be required to execute and deliver to Foundation an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release provided by Foundation and in a form acceptable to Foundation in its sole discretion and a W-9 tax form (and the Winner must provide Foundation with two forms of identification satisfying the requirements necessary to complete the W- 9 as set forth in the W-9 instructions) at the time the Raffle Winner delivers the Winning Ticket to Foundation. Upon compliance with the foregoing provisions, Foundation shall mail a check in payment of the Grand Prize, less the Withholding Amount (as that term is defined hereinafter), if any, to the Raffle Winner at the Mailing Address within thirty (30) days after the Delivery Date. If the Grand Prize was more than $600, the Raffle Winner also will receive on or before January 31st of the immediately following calendar year a W-2G federal income tax form setting forth the amount of the Grand Prize and the Withholding Amount (if any). Foundation will award the Grand Prize only upon verification of the Raffle Winner and the Winning Ticket in Foundation s sole discretion. Decisions by Foundation as to Raffle Winner eligibility and acceptance or disqualification will be final and binding. If the potential winner has not complied with these Official Rules, including the delivery of the Winning Ticket, the provision of his or her photo identification and another acceptable form of identification, Mailing Address and telephone number, and the execution of the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and W-9 tax form during the Claims Period, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and shall be retained by Foundation. In the event the potential winner does not accept the Grand Prize, is disqualified for any reason, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and shall be retained by Foundation. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given to the potential winner. Failure of any potential winner to sign any requested document or failure of any potential winner to comply with any terms in these Official Rules may disqualify the winner in the Foundation s sole discretion and the potential winner may forfeit the Grand Prize. If no one presents the Winning Ticket to Foundation prior to the end of the Claims Period in accordance with the procedures set forth above, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and shall be retained by Foundation. The Grand Prize will not be awarded to any other person. Foundation will not be required to attempt to notify or locate the holder of the Winning Ticket in any manner other than by making the Notifications and making the Website Posting. Foundation also will not be responsible if the holder of the Winning Ticket leaves the Game before the Notifications are made, is not in his or her seat when the Notifications are made, does not hear or see the Notifications, does not check the Website Posting or call the Foundation s telephone number at , is otherwise unaware that he or she has the right to collect the Grand Prize, or does not present the Winning Ticket at one of the designated locations within the required time as set forth in these Official Rules. If the holder of the Winning Ticket attempts to deliver the Winning Ticket to Foundation and collect the Grand Prize at a later time or date, he or she will be notified that the Grand Prize has been forfeited. DISCLAIMER: Foundation is not responsible for any errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Raffle, the processing of entries, the Notifications or the Website Posting, any other announcements or telephone or in-person conversations relating to the Raffle or in any Rafflerelated materials. Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify, or suspend any Raffles should Foundation determine, in its sole discretion, that any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control have corrupted or affected the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Raffle. In such case, Foundation will select the Winning Ticket number from all eligible entries received prior to the aforesaid action taken by the Foundation. Foundation is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct, typographical, clerical or printing errors in any Raffle-related materials, including these Official Rules. 4 liable for any events beyond the control of Foundation which may cause the Raffle to be stopped, including but not limited to any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, nor is Foundation responsible for any failure of any ticket to be delivered on account of technical problems or human error, or any combination thereof. Foundation may exclude, disqualify or terminate participation in the Raffle to any entrant who, in Foundation s sole discretion: (a) ignores these Official Rules; (b) acts in a manner Foundation determines to be not fair; (c) acts with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant or Foundation; (d) acts in any other disruptive manner; or (e) tampers with the entry process. Foundation will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. Foundation reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Raffle, which changes will become effective upon publication of revised. Official Rules will be posted at CAUTION: ANY ACT OR ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY RAFFLE MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, FOUNDATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Where permitted by law, winners and entrants grant Foundation, the Buccaneers and BLP and their authorized representatives, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winners and participants' names, portraits, pictures, voices, likenesses, the identity of their city and state of residence and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration. Except where prohibited by law, winners and participants may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, releasing Foundation, BLP, the city of Tampa and such parties partners, officers, employees, contributors and affiliates from any and all liability that may arise from participation in the Raffle use or receipt of any prize and granting such parties publicity rights. Failure by any winner or participant to comply, or return any required releases and related documentation, may result in forfeiture of the prize for all winners and participants. HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE: Participating entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Foundation, and release Bucs Care Foundation, Inc., Buccaneers Limited Partnership, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Raffle, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, ( Released Parties ) from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered, including, without limitations, personal injury, death and property damage. If, for any reason, the Raffle is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes, which, in Foundation s sole discretion, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Raffle, Foundation reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the affected portion of the Raffle and to select winners from entries received prior to such an action. Entrants agree, by entering, that the Released Parties shall have no liability whatsoever and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize and any activity, travel or travel-related activity thereto or participation in this Raffle. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS RAFFLE AND/OR ACCEPTING PRIZE, AN ENTRANT RELEASES AND FOREVER DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES AND LIABILITIES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHICH THEY MAY NOW AN HEREAFTER ASSERT. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, the potential winner and Foundation in connection with any Raffle, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to any Raffle or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. 4 of 5

5 SPONSOR: The sole sponsor of the Raffle is Bucs Care Foundation, Inc. A copy of these Official Rules is available at the Raffle Kiosks at the Stadium during the Entry Period at each of the Games, at Foundation s office address during Foundation s Business Hours (which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. ET to 5:00 P.M. ET), at One Buccaneer Place, Tampa, Florida and will be sent by mail if request is accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope. A COPY OF FOUNDATION S OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE WITHIN THE STATE HELP-FLA ( ). REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE.
