THERE ARE TWO (2) WAYS TO ENTER: a) Online with code: Purchase any DEEP!DEEP! Dish Pizza along with any Pepsi-Cola 2-Liter bottle and you will receive a box topper with a code and directions on how to enter the Sweepstakes online at (the Website ). To enter online, you will need to enter the code along with your complete name, mailing address and address. The name of the person submitting the address upon Sweepstakes entry must be (a) the name of the person who registered on the Website for such e- mail address, and (b) the name of the authorized account holder of such address, otherwise, entry may be deemed void. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, online entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the address submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of the address submitted upon entry. It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Pepsi-Cola Company ( Sponsor ) in writing if the entrant changes his or her address during the Sweepstakes Period. To do so, go to the registration page and follow the instructions on how to update your profile. Proof of ing does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. All non-winning Grand Prize and First Prize entries remain eligible for the Second Prize (defined below) drawing. To be eligible for the Second Prize drawing, online entries must be completed by 11:59:59 a.m. ET on December 16, 2013 and mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 16, 2013 and received no later than December 23, Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. Sponsor s designated official judging organization s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. No other forms of entry are valid. 2. PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Ann Arbor, Michigan for the NHL Winter Classic scheduled to take place on January 1, 2014 (the Game ). No alternative travel dates available. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest (from an airport nearest the winner s U.S. home), one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights, two (2) tickets for the winner and guest to attend the Game, two (2) tickets for the winner and guest to attend the practice session prior to the Game, ground transportation to and from destination airport, hotel and events, one NHL.com $250 gift card* and $400 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). Estimated retail value ( ERV ) of Grand Prize Trip: $4,090. One (1) First Prize) will be awarded, consisting of consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Ann Arbor, Michigan for the Game. No alternative travel dates available. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest (from an airport nearest the winner s U.S. home), one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights, two (2) tickets for the winner and guest to attend the Game, ground transportation to and from destination airport, hotel and events, one NHL.com $200 gift card* and $400 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). ERV of First Prize Trip: $3,860.

3 Winners are not entitled to any monetary difference between the actual value and ERV, if any. Selection of airline, hotel, and event seating assignments are at Sponsor s sole discretion. All expenses not outlined herein, including but not limited to gratuities and meals are solely the responsibility of the winner and their guest. If Grand Prize winner resides within 150 miles of Ann Arbor, Michigan, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Selection of airline, hotel and Game seating assignment is at Sponsor s sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guests. Sponsor will specify travel dates and all travel must be taken on dates specified; no alternative travel dates are available. All travel subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. Minor children may accompany winner as travel guest only if minor s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including the Game, the practice session and/or airline flights) beyond its control. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver s license) required for travel within the United States. Eight (8) Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a $100 NHL.com gift card*. Actual Retail Value of Second Prize: $100. * All gift cards will follow the terms and conditions of the third party card issuer. These terms and conditions will be issued with the card. 3. DRAWING: Grand Prize and First Prize drawings will be held on or about December 10, All non-winning Grand and First Prize entries remain eligible for the Second Prize drawing. Second Prize drawing will be held on or about December 24, Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning are solely dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Online entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period are only eligible for this Sweepstakes and do not remain eligible for any subsequent drawings or sweepstakes. 4. 4 Hockey League (the NHL ), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, and all of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, printers, franchisees, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, Sponsor and Promotion Parties ) and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate or win. 5. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is subject only to the laws of New York State in the United States. Prize will be awarded and/or delivered only to addresses within the United States. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value (unless at the sole discretion of Sponsor). Prize winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes. If applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. 6. CONDUCT: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges that shall be final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted on the Website throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to

5 participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. 8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize and First Prize winners will notified by phone, and/or within twenty four (24) hours following the drawing. Potential Second Prize winners will receive their prize by mail within three (3) to four (4) weeks following the drawing. Any Grand Prize or First Prize winner notification not responded to within twenty four (24) hours will result in Grand Prize forfeiture and an alternate Grand Prize or First Prize winner will be drawn. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant's mailing address and/or telephone number. Once potential prize winner confirmation is received by Sponsor, the potential prize winner may be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Affidavit. If attempted notification is (i) returned as undeliverable or if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days; (ii) if the winner is unable to attend on the dates specified; or (iii) if winner cannot be verified or is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United States. Winner s travel guest must complete, sign and return a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. Once travel guest has been determined by winner and accepted by Sponsor and the travel documents have been issued, that guest cannot be changed, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. 9. WINNER RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor and Promotion Parties, including the NHL Entities, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with accessing the Website, submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize. Except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including

6 without limitation use online at the Website) the winner s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor. 10.
