Hughart, and moves this Commission to extend the decision due date from the current date of August 23, 2010, to a later date. complainant sets forth the following in support of its Motion: 1. Counsel for Complainant has just been retained to represent the Complainant s interest in the above referenced matter. 2. Due to his schedule, Counsel has not had time to research the issues raised in the discussion in the previous Order of this Court entered on June 29, It is Counsel s understanding that Susan J. Riggs, counsel for the City of Charleston Sanitary Board and Cassius Toon, staff counsel have no objection to an extension of the decision due date. 4.
