In addition, the proposed revisions promote transparency and accountability. The flags must be made in the United States, must be at least two (2) feet by three (3) feet, and must be properly displayed in accordance with Title 4 U.S.C. Out-of-Doors The flag of the United States shall be displayed daily upon the grounds of each school on a suitable flag staff when the weather permits. B. In the Classroom Each classroom shall display the flag of the United States on an appropriate staff. Flying the Flag at Half-Staff Etiquette regarding the U.S. Flag says, "The flag is to be flown at half-staff in mourning for designated, principal government leaders and upon presidential or gubernatorial order."
