3 CONFERENCE GOALS Participation of 1,000 Person at the Opening Ceremony Participation of 250 persons from outside Lebanon by sending s and follow ups Contact all Rotarians and Governors in District 2452 to encourage them to participate Give out 50,000 USD to the funds of the late PDGs Mustafa Nasserdine & Usama Barghouthi Participation of large number of Ambassadors at the opening ceremony and conference sessions Invite up to 40 Dignitaries to the dinner of the RI President UN Agencies must participate with us in the conference

4 WATER PROJECT VISION & GOALS To implement the project in all the schools by 2018 Twenty Awareness Sessions in schools and community Fundraise 100,000 USD to do Global Grants Build strong Relationships with UN Agencies Build strong relationships with USAID Sustainability Global Grants Participation of all Rotary Clubs of Lebanon by at least 10 persons

5 WATER PROJECT VISION & GOALS Implement ten Global Grants about water, divided as follows: Sahel Metn, Baabda, Beirut Cedars, Beirut Cosmopolitan, Beirut Metropolitan, Tripoli Maarad, Aley, Saida, Beirut Center Participation of large number of Ambassadors at the opening ceremony and conference sessions Invite up to 40 Dignitaries to the dinner of the RI President UN Agencies must participate with us in the conference Three Audio/Visuals about Water: 1 about the water (3 mints- documentary like) 1 about awareness & personal hygiene (30 seconds) 1 about conservation (30 seconds)

Literacy, project development, improving economy intercrossing with Peace Rotarian-led economic and community development projects fuel greater stability, opportunity, and peace in emerging markets, special examples of micro and macro loans to take advantage of water wealth, preserve water and improve its cleanliness.
