The Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, the Swiss Federal Office of Justice and the Terre des hommes Foundation have devised the Congress agenda to improve the institutional system of juvenile justice and promote respect for the fundamental rights of children, by encouraging implementation of legal instruments ratified by States.
