I have just been through this "cart before the horse" problem with the Board of Governors of the World Bank, and I had to convince them that I was not assuming their authority. Hopefully by the upcoming Annual Meetings, the Board of Governors will understand this. I already have a huge position of trust because I am voting the US shares on the Boards of Governors and Development Committee and Boards of Executive Directors of the World Bank and IMF until the US Constitution of 1789 comes back into effect. I am attaching an which shows you why the US states' Governors are not authorized to take any decisions - - they forgot to tell people that they have refused to give people the titles to their property and are only issuing bogus warranties of title. I have been polling people informally by using the comments section on my DCTV series, "The Network of Global Corporate Control." Dear Harold, The police and fire departments take up collections from their communities, and that helps them. As for the Governments, these are part of the corrupt company that thinks it runs the world. The local police and local fire departments are also connected to this Banking Cartel that we call the Network of Global Corporate Control. The money to pay the federal government does not come from our income taxes. It comes from criminal activities. We saw this in the Grace Report. better / The money to pay our local governments and courts is also caught up in corruption. There are also slush funds on the capital markets called "Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports" Walter Burien has told us about the CAFR's The point I was making about the wealth of the world in the Global Debt Facility has to do with the fact that paper money is actually a big scam -- it is based on debt when actually the world's gold and other wealth is all in the trust that was set up at the end of WWII, called the Global Debt Facility. We people have to transition from this fake paper money to other currencies -- currencies issued by local villages and towns, called local currencies, and currencies minted out of the gold in the Global Debt Facility. 5 We are getting ready to shift gears now. Let's start off with a comment on the last DCTV video, called: "It is time for us to reclaim our past" We are talking about corruption coming from the world's money system that we are going to work together to clean up. People are going to want to look into the details. The issue is that this corruption has gone back many centuries (to the previous ice age in fact). So, by all means look into the details, and keep your accounts and your histories and your details separate. Things will be untangled and sorted out, by us as individuals and in our local communities. Do not get nervous, because we are going to start off in our local areas, and work together with people we know and trust as individuals, and we are going to tackle things so that we can keep them from getting messed up with the corruption. I will be there to blow the whistle when the local groups tell me that they are falling back into the one bank that thought they could dominate us. The other thing to say is that all of the militaries of the world are keeping peace, and making sure that the countries set up a system where their gold goes back into their currencies and none of it goes missing. We are all working together to untangle the corrupt mess. This is what people were tweeting to me today. It is to diagnose the corruption, and show how we reject the corruption. In the last tweet on page 7, you will see some inflammatory statements about religion. These are just to show why we are leaving matters involving religion until we have cleaned up the world's money in the Global Currency Reset. After the Banking Cartel is wound down, we will be better able to deal with religion without falling into "divide and conquer traps" that have prevented us from getting rid of the corruption in our money. 5
