I am CFCE, EnCE, and Managing Director of Intelligent Discovery Solutions, Inc. ( IDS ).. I make this declaration in support of the application (the Application ) filed by Thomas P. Jeremiassen (the Trustee ), to retain IDS as consultant in connection with the collection, processing and management of electronically stored information for the Trustee in this chapter case (the Case ) effective as of March,. The services to be rendered by the IDS in this case include, but are not limited to, the 0 following: i. Translating the data in the Imaged Server Version into usable electronic format; ii. Analyzing the data in the Imaged Server Version; iii. Scanning, analyzing and storing data and/or documents and information on behalf of the Trustee and his professionals; iv. Maintaining a database of the documents stored by the Trustee and his professionals; v. Helping the Trustee and his professionals to locate documents stored in the database maintained by IDS on the Trustee s behalf; vi. Assisting the Trustee and his professionals with regard to any other issues related to document scanning, storage, and analysis; vii. Performing such other actions as may be necessary and appropriate as consultant for the Trustee.. The terms and source of IDS s proposed compensation and reimbursement are listed in section C of the Application. IDS has not received any retainer in contemplation of its proposed employment.. IDS has reviewed the petition, schedules, list of creditors and has determined that the IDS is a disinterested person as that term is defined in U.S.C. 0(). IDS is not a creditor, an equity security holder or an insider of the Debtor, nor an investment banker for any outstanding security of the Debtor.. Some current IDS employees have previously worked for Silicon and LECG, which have previously been employed the Trustee. A number of IDS s present employees, while employed at Silicon and LECG, also participated in work performed by Silicon and LECG on the Trustee s behalf in the Case.. IDS has not been, within three () years before the date of the filing of the petition 0 herein, an investment banker for a security of the Debtor, or an attorney for such an investment banker in connection with the offer, sale or issuance of any security of the Debtor. 0.
