2 DISTRICT COURT KENDRAPARA NOTICE FOR, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF A FULL PROOF CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM Sealed Tenders are invited by the undersigned from the intending authorized or registered dealers / suppliers having valid license for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a full proof CCTV Surveillance System in the District Court Kendrapara and outlying stations Pattamundai, Aul and Rajnagar as per the specifications, terms and conditions mentioned in this document. The sealed quotations complete in all respect addressed to the Disrtict Judge, Kendrapara" must be submitted by hand latest by , before 12:00 noon The Tender shall be opened on same day at 4:00 P.M by the Purchase committee. Quotations received after the specified date / incomplete in any respect will be rejected. The Competent Authority in its discretion, reserves the right to reject or accept any or all the quotations wholly or partly without assigning any reason thereof. 3 DISTRICT COURT KENDRAPARA INVITATION OF THE QUOTATIONS SCOPE OF THE WORK: The District Court, Kendrapara, invites sealed quotations for the supply installation, testing and commissioning of a full proof CCTV Surveillance System in the District Court Kendrapara and outlying stations Pattamundai,Aul and Rajnagar as per the specifications mentioned in the tender document from the intending authorized dealers / suppliers having work experience if any. PROCEDURE The prescribed document consisting of technical details along with financial details super scribing Quotation for supply installation, testing and commissioning of a full proof CCTV Surveillance System in the Kendrapara Judgeship addressed to the District Judge, Kendrapara to be submitted before due date and time. Note: 1. Fax/Telex/ and incomplete offers will be rejected. 2. The District Judge, Kendrapara has the right to accept or reject any or all bids in part or full, at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason, whatsoever or any notice. INSTRUCTIONS TO THE SUPPLIERS/ MANUFACTURERS a. The bidder is required to supply, install and commission the CCTV System at Civil court premises and floor wise as per the specifications and conditions specified in the different parts of this Tender document. b. The successful bidder shall give comprehensive hands on Training to the officials of District Civil court Kendrapara an operations, preventive maintenance, recording and retrieval of the CCTV recordings etc. c. The successful bidder shall carry out the work strictly as per specifications mentioned in various sections of this tender document to the satisfaction of the indenting department. d. Workmanship and material used should be of the best quality. 1. Eligibility Criteria for the bidders: a. The company must submit the certificate of incorporation as a part of technical bid. The bidding company must be providing complete solution in security and surveillance/cctv/ites system. b. The bidder should have valid authorization from the principal manufacturer/ distributor. 2. Scope of Work a. Warranty on products should be specified. Complaint should be attended within 24 hours of the service call. 3

4 b. The technical and financial document submitted will form an integral part of the contract to supply. c. Quotation Document should be signed and stamped by the bidder on each page of the application of bid. d. The District Judge, Kendrapara reserves the right to forfeit quotation if it is found that tenderer has misrepresented in any way. e. The bidder shall quote the prices of product including all taxes, levies or other transportation charges. No price revision/alternation will be allowed after the receipt of the Bid. f. Canvassing in any form will be viewed seriously and if any Tenderer is found to be resorting to such practice, the Tender of such firm will be rejected. g. The bidder should quote only for the reputed brands/models giving details of make, brand, model number etc. h. The cost quoted should include the cost of installation etc. at on site. i. Tenderer should enclose all necessary certificates j.. If there is any variation between the amount written in figures and words, then the amount whichever is lower shall be taken into consideration. k. Delivery and installation period: Starts from the date of purchase order. The installation report should be signed by the authorized technical staff of the company. The time for installation is 7 days and the total cost should not exceed beyond 18 lakhs. l. All the items should be under free on-site comprehensive warranty and support from the date of installation, including free provision of spare parts, kits as and when required. m. Warranty period begins from the date of satisfactory installation and commissioning at location certified by the District Judge,Kendrapara. 3. RIGHTS a. Reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders in part or full, without assigning any reason whatsoever. b. Right to terminate the contract at any time by giving intimation in writing without assigning any reason. c. In case of violation of terms and conditions of the contract or unsatisfactory supply of material, the District Judge Kendrapara reserves the right to terminate the contract by giving intimation to the supplier/contractor d. Bidder must acknowledge that he has understood all the terms and conditions mentioned in the Tender document and sign on each page of Tender document in acknowledgement of this. e. The District Judge, Kendrapara reserves the right to vary, amend or alter any terms and conditions of the tender document at the time of execution of the Contract.
