FORMAN, CLERK OF COURTS SEVENTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT for COLLECTION OF CODE ENFORCEMENT CITATIONS THIS IS A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THAT CERTAIN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between: BROW ARD COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY," AND HOWARD C. FORMAN, SUCCEEDED BY BRENDA D. FORMAN, CLERK OF COURTS, SEVENTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, BROW ARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as "CLERK," and collectively referred to as the "Parties". WHEREAS, COUNTY and CLERK entered into the Interlocal Agreement on February 5, 2013, to reasonably compensate the CLERK for the processing of citations and the collection of code enforcement fines; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to update the terms of the Interlocal Agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual terms, conditions, promises, covenants, and payments hereinafter set forth, the Parties agree as follows: 1. Section 3 ofthe Interlocal Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: 3. LOCATION OF CLERK FOR PAYMENTS 3.1 Payment may be made at the CLERK's Parking Division located at 201 Southeast Sixth Street, Rm. 22Q, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (telephone number (954) ) or at the Traffic and Misdemeanor Divisions at the satellite courthouses, located at 100 N. Hillsboro Blvd., Deerfield Beach, Florida The offices will be open to the general public from 9;00 8:00a.m. to 4tQ9 3:30p.m., Monday through Friday, except on those days that have been established as legal holidays for employees of the CLERK as designated by the Chief Judge of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. 3 4. Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the Interlocal Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 5. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity by and between the terms and provisions of the Interlocal Agreement and this First Amendment, the terms and provisions of this First Amendment shall control to the extent of any such conflict or ambiguity.
