Common offences relating to such offence can be found under the Penal Code, the Immigration Act 1959/63 and the Child Act Under the Penal Code, the relevant provisions are sections 372 and 373. Under the Immigration Act 1959/63, the relevant provisions are sections 55A, 556 and 55E, whereas under the Child Act 2001, the relevant provisions are sections 31, 32, 43, 48 and 49.
