She also serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and the Court of Common Pleas Commerce Court, mediates for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and serves on both the U.S. District Court (E.D. Pa.) and Court of Common Pleas arbitration panels. She is an arbitrator for FINRA, a board member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, and she writes and presents frequently on ADR issues. On June 15, 2017, the parties and their counsel may appear before two (2) settlement facilitators generally one from the Plaintiff s Bar & one from the Defense Bar; they will jointly conference the cases and attempt settlement or give a neutral evaluation.
