Related Docket No The undersigned certifies as follows: On February 12, 2015, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") for Revstone Industries, LLC ("Revstone") filed its First Omnibus Objection (Non-Substantive) of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Revstone Industries, LLC to Claims Pursuant to Bankruptcy Code Sections 105 and 502 and Rule 3007 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure (Docket No. 1971) (the "First Omnibus Objection") 2. Responses to the First Omnibus Objection were due on February 26, 2015 (the "Objection Deadline"), and a hearing on the Objection was The debtors in these Chapter 11 Cases (each a "Debtor" and, collectively, the "Debtors") and the last four digits of each Debtor's federal tax identification number are: Revstone Industries, LLC (7222); Spara, LLC (6613); Greenwood Forgings, LLC (9285); and US Tool and Engineering, LLC (6450). The location of the Debtors' headquarters and the service address for each of the Debtors is Revstone Industries, LLC, et al., c/o Huron Consulting Group Inc., 900 Wilshire Drive, Suite 270, Troy, MI 48084, Attn.: John DiDonato, Chief Restructuring Officer.

The Hearing was subsequently rescheduled by the Court to April 22, Prior to the Objection Deadline, the Committee received an informal response from claimant Paul L. Nine & Associates, PC ("Nine & Associates"). The Parties discussed the First Omnibus Objection and the Committee agreed to withdraw the objection as to Nine & Associates. 4. The Committee also received an informal response from the Tennessee Department of Revenue ("Tennessee"). Upon further review of supplemental information from the Committee, Tennessee does not object to entry of the order granting the relief sought in the First Omnibus Objection. Other than as stated herein, no other responses have been received by undersigned counsel to the Committee. Additionally, the undersigned has reviewed the docket of these bankruptcy cases and no other objections or responses to the First Omnibus Objection appear thereon. Accordingly, the Committee has revised the proposed order (the "Revised Proposed Order") submitted with the First Omnibus Objection to reflect the removal of the objection to the claim of Nine & Associates. A copy of the Revised Proposed Order it is attached hereto as Exhibit A. A blackline of the changes made to the Revised Proposed Order are attached hereto as Exhibit E. 6. The undersigned respectfully submits that the Court may consider and enter the attached Revised Proposed Order at the Court's earliest convenience, without further notice or hearing. 2
