I am requesting permission from the Board of selectmen to place fliers and signs in designated locations around Medfield to announce the event. Amilia's Light is a not-for-profit, 501 (c}(3) organization that helps survivors of commercial sex trafficking rebuild their lives through education, training and job opportunities. We are also committed to building awareness of the global epidemic of sex trafficking. We would like to post the signs at the transfer station, on east and west sides of 109 (Millis and Westwood), the intersection of rte 27 and South Street and possibly a sandwich board at the intersection of 109 and North Street. We would also like to post an 8.5 x 11 flyer in town hall. The work is within the 50-foot No-Disturb Resource Area under the Medfield Wetlands Bylaw, Chapter 290. Damage was done to a solarium attached to the house, several sections of a chain-linked fence and a wooden fence. An air-conditioner compressor was ready for installation. Some of the repair work- removal of the downed-trees -was completed prior to filing the Request for a Determination of Applicability. 1. All work shall conform to A. No yard waste, including without limitation grass clippings, branches, leaves, bark mulch, and stones, shall be disposed of or placed in the resource area: Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) area (located below the rear yard fence) and its 100-foot buffer zone. 9. The Conservation Commission reserves the right to require additional conditions if it deemed necessary to protect the resource areas and interests as defined in MGL Chapter 131 Section 40, 310 CMR and the Medfield Wetlands Bylaw, Chapter Within 30 days of completion of the project, the site shall be inspected by the Commission or its agent. 2

The signs are a property identification sign and a rules of property use sign. He will clear a new trail from the main trail to a vernal pool habitat area. Some of this trail will be within the 100-F oot Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and certifiable vernal pool habitat. 1. All work shall conform to: A. To prevent contamination of the aquifer supplying water to the Town, no herbicides, pesticides (except on the person), or any other hannful chemicals shall be used on that area of the garden within the 100-foot buffer zone, and any fertilizers used on that part of the grass area shall be of the low-nitrogen variety. 7. No yard waste, including without limitation grass clippings, branches, leaves, bark mulch, and stones, shall be disposed of or placed in the resource areas shown on the Plan. 8. The Conservation Commission reserves the right to require additional conditions if it deemed necessary to protect the resource areas and interests as defined in MOL Chapter 131Section40, 310CMR10.00 and the Medfield Wetlands Bylaw, Chapter Within 30 days of completion of the project, the site shall be inspected by the Commission or its agent. 2
