Personal collection: Exhibits will be available for collection from The Federation Pavilion, Castle Hill Showground at 6pm on Sunday 6 March 2016 or by arrangement with the Section head. After this date, from the Show Office on each Tuesday between 9:30 am and 3:30pm Exhibits not collected within one (1) month, will become the property of the Society and may be donated to charity. Please ensure you have your receipt when collecting exhibits in person. PAPER & FIBRE CREATION SECTION REGULATIONS In addition to the Rules and Regulations of the Society, the following regulations apply to competitors and entries in this section. All entries must be the work of the Exhibitor. All entries must be the original works of the exhibitor, except in categories where the project is purchased in kit form. (e.g. Paper Tole) The exhibit must have been completed within 18 months prior to the Show. The exhibit must be suitably mounted or encapsulated or framed ready for hanging. Exhibitors are allowed more than one entry per class. The Society reserves the right not to hang any piece. The Judge's decision will be final. Size of all cards to be no larger than 14cm x 19cm Cards will be presented in protective covers if mounted on hanging boards or in glass cabinets. Novice anyone who has not won a first prize in a similar class at a previous Castle Hill Annual Show. Champion Ribbons will be awarded at the discretion of the Judge. The Judges decision is final. Any disputes must be brought to the Notice of the Chief Steward only during the Show period. An Exhibitor has the right to appeal in writing to the Secretary with a lodgement fee of $ If the appeal is upheld, the money will be refunded. Agricultural Societies Council of NSW Limited and the Castle Hill & Hills District Agricultural Society Inc ( the suppliers ) advise that participation (including passive participation) in a completion or event at an agricultural show contained elements of risk, both obvious and inherent. Competitions, activities and events of all types are dangerous recreational activities. 1. By signing this waiver I acknowledge that: 1.1. participation in animal handing is a recreational service for the purposes of section 139A of the Australian Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010 and also a recreational activity for the purposes of section 5K of the Civil Liability Act (NSW) 2002; 1.2. participation in the Event involves a significant risk of physical harm and may result in injury, loss, damage or death to me; 1.3. participation in the Event requires certain skills and experience. I declare that I have sufficient skills and experience to be able to safely and properly participate in the events; 1.4. If the event is held outdoors, there are risks to me as a result of the weather conditions, including either extreme hot or cold weather, rain or wind; 1.5. I acknowledge and agree that my participation in the event and associated activities is dangerous and may have inherent risks as a result of which personal injury (& sometimes death) may occur. I acknowledge that the event and associated activities carry with them a significant risk of physical harm. I accept and assume all such risks of personal injury or death in any way whatsoever arising from these activities and here waive my individual right to sue the suppliers for all claims I or my representatives may have for such personal injury or death against the suppliers in any way whatsoever arising from or in connection with these activities. 4.
