In support of this Response and Notice ofnon-opposition, the Debtor respectfully represents as follows: 1. On March 13, 2017, counsel for the Debtor received the Letter, which was mailed to counsel for the Debtor's office. Counsel for the Debtor forwarded the Letter to the Court, and the Court filed the Letter on the docket for this case on March 15, The Court scheduled the Letter for hearing on May 10, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), with responses, if any, due on May 3, The Debtor in this chapter 11 case and the last four digits of the Debtor's U.S. tax identification number is Aquion Energy, Inc. The Letter asserted an administrative expense claim pursuant to section 503(b)(9) of Title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code") in the in the amount of $6, for goods delivered within 20 days prior to the commencement of this case (the "Claim"). 3. After careful review of the Debtor's books and records and the documents attached to the Letter, the Debtor does not oppose the amount and/or characterization of the Claim. The Debtor believes that the amount and characterization of the Claim comports with the Debtor's books and records. 4. The Debtor reserves all rights with respect to payment of the Claim, including without implied limitation, the timing of any such payment.
