As authorized by the Retention Order and contemplated by the Engagement Letter, Mark Weinstein was designated to serve as the Debtors' CRO during the pendency of these chapter 1 l cases. 3. Pursuant to the Retention Order, BRG is required to file monthly staffing reports ("Staffing Reports") with the Bankruptcy Court and serve same on the Notice Parties. The Staffing Reports shall identify the names and functions of all BRG personnel assigned to the engagement with the Debtors. Consistent with the Retention Order, the Staffing Report shall remain subject to review by the Bankruptcy Court in the event so requested by the Notice Parties. 4. Attached here as Exhibit A is BRG's Staffing Report for the Reporting Period. The Staffing Report identifies all BRG personnel that provided services to the Debtors during the Reporting Period, along with brief descriptions of their respective corresponding functions.
