However, many combi nati ons of these features do not appear t o be supported by the descri pti on (e.g. no support can be found for f l uorescent l i ght source combi ned wi t h a bol ometer array and a phase pl ate) such that an objecti on under Art. 6 PCT ari ses. Furthermore, some of the cl aimed combi nati ons woul d even l ack suffi ci ent di scl osure (Art. 5 PCT). Moreover, the sheer mul t i tude of combi nati ons renders the scope of thi s cl aim uncl ear (Art. 6 PCT). I n summary, the subject-matter of cl aim 13 i s uncl ear, i nsuffi ci ently supported and possi bl e i nsuffi ci ently di scl osed t o such an extent, that no meani ngful search coul d be carri ed out for thi s cl aim (Rul e 62a PCT).
