Pursuant to Section , F.S., and Rule 40D , F.A.C., the District may deny a permit application for failure to correct errors, or omissions, or supply any additional information requested to make the application complete. If the requested information is not received within 10 days of the date of this letter, the application will be considered incomplete and District staff will begin processing the application for denial. To avoid denial of the application, you must submit the requested information by the due date. As an alternative, if a good faith effort is being made to obtain this information and additional time is required, you may request a time extension in writing. You may also withdraw the current application and resubmit a new permit application when more complete information can be provided. Pursuant to Rule 40D , F.A.C., an applicant whose permit application will be processed for denial by staff may request that the application be referred to the District Governing Board for agency action on the application. If you wish to refer this application to the Governing Board for agency action, submit a written request for referral no later than 10 days from the date of this letter. Additional information in support of the pending permit application may be sent to the District after the deadlines stated above and before final agency action is taken, but any additional submittal may constitute an amendment to the application. If the application is considered to be amended, District staff will again have 30 days to review the information and notify you of any errors or omissions in the information.
