8 SOVEREIGN DIPLOMATIC PASSPORT / LICENSE / VISA TERMS AND CONDITIONS This visa is a travel document issued by an authorised Tribal Sovereign Nation Embassy to Sovereigns and Principal Diplomatic Representatives applying to enter into, exit from or transit through a host country's state or territory based on the host country's lore s / laws and regulations. In accordance with the 2014 Sovereign Alliance Treaty, any sovereign state or territory is entitled to decide on whether or not it will allow entry through its borders of any foreign sovereign or principal diplomatic representative into its state or territory, and reserves the right to issue or decline a visa application or to cancel an issued visa in accordance with its lore/law. Tribal Sovereign Nation Consular officers within the Nations Embassy are entitled to decide on the number of entries, validity and duration of each stay of a visa to be issued based on Tribal Sovereign Nation lore s, laws and regulations. A visa is required for a sovereign and principal diplomatic representative to visit a Tribal Sovereign Nation. Foreign sovereigns and principal diplomatic representatives must obtain a visa before entry into Tribal Sovereign Nations, with the exception of visa-free entry based on relevant agreements or regulations. Validity, Number of Entries and Duration of Each Stay of Visa. 1. Visa Validity ("Enter Before") means that the visa is valid, or can be used for entry into a Tribal Sovereign Nation from the date of issue to the "Enter Before" date indicated on the visa. If a visa has unused entries, the bearer can enter a Tribal Sovereign Nation by 24:00 hours of the expiration date. 2. "Entries" refers to the number of times the bearer is permitted to enter a Tribal Sovereign Nation during the validity of a visa. 3. A visa becomes invalid if there are no entries left, or there are entries left but the visa validity expires. If a visa becomes invalid, its bearer must apply for a new visa before entering a Tribal Sovereign Nation. Traveling with an invalid visa to Tribal Sovereign Nations will result in refusal of entry. 4. "Duration of Each Stay" refers to the maximum number of days the visa bearer is permitted to stay in a Tribal Sovereign Nation per visit, which is calculated from the date of entry into the Tribal Sovereign Nation. 5. A sovereign and principal diplomatic representative who overstays the end date of his/her authorised stay in the Tribal Sovereign Nation without going through extension formalities is subject to fines and other penalties for violation of the Lore s / Laws of the Tribal Sovereign Nation. 6. If a visa bearer is to stay in a Tribal Sovereign Nation longer than the duration of the allowable stay time on the visa, approval must be obtained from the nations Embassy authorities before the duration of stay expires on the visa. 7. The approval of an extension of stay may or may not be granted.
