ARTICLE 2 ACTIONS To achieve the objective of this Agreement, the Parties shall support the development of SMEs that contribute to the strengthening of an industrial promotion and innovation policy in strategic sectors of mutual interest, as well as further integration of Mexican SMEs and development of supporting industries for supply chains of large and medium-sized Japanese firms located in Mexico.
