8 From List to Database All documents recieved during each phase including Household Census, Door to door Verification or Display period are scanned and preserved. All scanned documents are digitized using double blind data entry. Each voter entry is linked with respective document and business rule in database. Voter migration history is being maintained. Complete audit trail is available. 18 of 33 Photo Electoral Rolls Presiding officers will have access to Photo Electoral Rolls. Photo will help in establishing identity of voter before issuance of ballot paper. Left thumb captured through magnetic ink will be matched with biometrics of voter in offline mode. 19 of 33 ~ 100 ~

9 e-voting for Overseas Pakistanis Voter s identity will be confirmed through online Automated Fingerprint Identification System. On successful identification, voter will be linked to his/her native constituency in Pakistan. List of candidates will appear in front of Voter. 14 Identification of Disaster Victims Bhoja Air Crash - (20 th April 2012) An aircraft carrying 127 passengers was crashed due to bad weather near Islamabad. 118 victims were identified through biometrics within 18 hours of incident. Dead bodies were handed over to respective families after true identification of victims.
