1 CIE IGCSE Oct / Nov 2016 Registration Form Entry Requirements & Procedures You need to submit the following for registration: 1. Exam Registration Form. 2. Registration fee (CASH or DEBIT CARD). 3. Candidates living in Kuwait: Please submit School Leaving Certificate or NOC Letter from your school. 4. One copy of valid passport or CPR. This document must still be valid at the time of exams. 5. Two recent colored passport size photographs (white background). 6. Medical Report (Applicable for special needs candidates). 7. Special Arrangements and Special Needs Special arrangements are made to allow candidates with substantial and long-term disabilities gain access to the examination and to demonstrate their attainment in the best possible examinations conditions. Statement of Entry Statement of Entry and CIE Notice to Candidates will be sent to overseas candidates under the correspondence address provided on the registration form by courier at least three weeks before the commencement of your exam. Candidates residing in Bahrain must collect it in person from the British Council at least three weeks before the exam. Examination Result and Collection of Certificates Statements of Results will be sent to overseas candidates under the correspondence address provided on the registration form by courier. The Statement of Result would be available end of August for the May/June session and the end of January for the October/November session. Certificates must be collected by local candidates from the British Council Customer Services end of October for the May/June session and end of March for the October/November session. Registration Steps 1. Candidate fills in registration form and submits it to the British Council. 2. Candidate receives receipt of payment at the time of registration. 3. Candidate collects the SOE and Venue details from British Council at least three weeks before the exams. 4. The exact date and time of the exam will be given on the Statement of Entry. 5. Candidates must bring a valid CPR or PASSPORT & Statement of Entry to the Exams Venue 6. Candidate will receive an for checking the results online using login details. 7. Candidate will receive another for collection of Results and Certificates.
