3 1 1 2 For confirmation of the screen for the field, go to page 01 Entry No. --- Display the entry no. Entry Type --- Display the entry type. Status --- Display the status. Specify "Value Date" within 20 calendar Payment Information days from today. 2 Value Date * Numeric 6 Enter the value date in the format shown next to the entry field. (Calendar) --- Useful Tips Value Date can be selected from the calendar. Payment Type * --- RTGS (Urgent) --- Tick to specify the RTGS (Urgent). Currency * --- Select a remittance currency. Amount * Numeric 19 Select a payment type. Note "Book Transfer" : Select in the case of payments to accounts within the same branch. "Domestic Remittance" : Select in the case of payments to accounts within the same country. "Foreign Remittance" : Select in the case of payments to accounts in a foreign country. - The payment type may be different according to the office. Please contact your servicing MUFG Bank office. Enter the remittance amount. Note Amount must be within 14 digits excluding the decimal and commas. Select an exchange method. Note "NOEX" : Select in the case of payments in which the remittance currency and the settlement account currency are the same. Exchange Method * --- "SPOT" : Select in the case of payments in which the remittance currency and the settlement account currency are different and does not have an exchange contract. "CONT" : Select in the case of payments in which the remittance currency and the settlement account currency are different and has an exchange contract. Forward Contract No. Alphanumeric 15 Enter the forward contract no. "Forward Contract No." can be Display "Select Contract No." subscreen. entered only when "Exchange Select --- Useful Tips Method Type" is "CONT". 4 3 3 For confirmation of the screen for the field, go to page 01 Beneficiary / Beneficiary Bank Information Beneficiary Information Beneficiary List Display "Select Beneficiary" subscreen. --- Useful Tips Beneficiary Information can be searched and selected from the registered beneficiary information. Beneficiary Account No. Alphanumeric 34 Enter the beneficiary account no. Tick if the account no. of the beneficiary is IBAN. Note The IBAN is a code up to 34 alphanumeric characters including IBAN --- information of country, branch of beneficiary bank and account no. of beneficiary. It is mainly used in Europe and is recommended for smooth remittances to Europe. Name * Alphanumeric 35 Enter the name of the beneficiary. Address Alphanumeric 70 Enter the address of the beneficiary. Country Alphanumeric 35 Select the country of the beneficiary. Beneficiary Bank Information Bank List --- Display "Select Beneficiary Bank/Intermediary Bank" subscreen. Useful Tips Country of the beneficiary must be selected when "Payment Type" is "Foreign Remittance". Also when "Payment Type" is "Domestic Remittance", country of the beneficiary can be a mandatory field. Please refer to [Attention] on the last page. Bank Information can be searched and selected from the registered beneficiary bank/intermediary bank. (radio button) --- Select an option to specify the beneficiary bank. Beneficiary Bank Name Alphanumeric 35 Enter the name of the beneficiary bank. Branch Name / Address Alphanumeric 70 Enter the branch name and address of the beneficiary bank. Country Alphanumeric 35 Enter the country of the beneficiary bank. Enter in fields of the selected option only. SWIFT BIC Alphanumeric 8 or 11 Enter the SWIFT BIC of the beneficiary bank. Note The SWIFT (BIC) is a code that is used to identify a bank worldwide, defined by Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT). Select Display "Select SWIFT BIC" subscreen. --- Useful Tips SWIFT BIC can be searched by the bank name or branch name. National Clearing Code Alphanumeric 33 Enter the national clearing code of the beneficiary bank. Display "Select National Clearing Code" subscreen. Select Fields with * are mandatory. --- Useful Tips For beneficiary banks in India and Australia, National Clearing Code can be searched by the bank name or branch name. "National Clearing Code" can be entered only when "Payment Type" is "Domestic Remittance". "National Clearing Code" must be entered with the correct number of digits. Note The currency, account no., account short name and branch name are displayed in the pull-down list. Bank Charge Information Bank Charge * --- Select a bank charge. Note "Share": Select in the case that the remittance charge is borne by the applicant and the handling charge of the beneficiary bank is borne by the beneficiary. "Beneficiary": Select in the case that both the remittance charge and handling charge of the beneficiary bank are borne by the beneficiary. "Applicant": Select in the case that both the remittance charge and handling charge of the beneficiary bank are borne by the applicant. Select a charge account. Charge Account No. --- Note The currency, account no., account short name and branch name are displayed in the pull-down list. 5 Other Local Information Relationship Fold/Expand "Other Local Information" fields. Select a relationship. Note "Parent" : Select in the case of parent company "Affiliate" : Select in the case of affiliate company "Non Affiliate" : Select in the case of other Fields with * are mandatory. "Relationship" may be selected when Settlement Account is of either Bangkok Office or Manila Branch. 6/10

Note Up to 35 characters x 4 lines can be entered. 7 Enter the information to the remitting bank. Note - When "Purpose of Remittance" is entered: 1 Up to 35 characters x 2 lines can be entered. - When "RTGS (Urgent)" and/or "Relationship" is entered: Up to 35 characters x 2 lines can be entered. Information to Remitting Bank Alphanumeric 35x3 1 - When "Purpose of Remittance" and "RTGS (Urgent)" and/or "Relationship" are entered: Up to 35 characters x 1 line can be entered. *1:When the Settlement Account is of MUFG Bank (Europe) N.V. (Amsterdam Head Office, Prague Branch) and Payment Type is "Foreign Remittance" or when the Settlement Account is of Paris Branch and Payment Type is "Domestic Remittance" the maximum number of lines will be one less. These fields are only shown for the customers that have registered for the beneficiary advice Beneficiary Advice ( ) service. Beneficiary Address (up to 2 addresses) Alphanumeric Fold/Expand "Beneficiary Advice ( )" fields. Enter the address for the beneficiary advice. Note Up to 2 addresses can be entered. Separate addresses with ";" (semicolon) when entering more than 1 address. Contents Alphanumeric 50x10 Enter the contents of the beneficiary advice. Note Up to 50 characters x 10 lines can be entered. 7/10

Tick to register the entered information in the master. Beneficiary / Bank List Registration --- Useful Tips The entered information can be registered in the master upon the application. Normally, "Others" fields are folded. To display the folded fields, click. Memo Alphanumeric 100 Enter the memo. Useful Tips Use this field freely for such as a comment to Approvers. Note Up to 100 characters including two-byte and three-byte characters can be entered. (Line break = 2 characters) 9 Apply Save as Draft --- Apply an instruction as entered/selected. --- Saves an instruction as entered/selected. 8/10

All entries must be made using single-byte characters. (3) Colons (:) and hyphens (-) cannot be used as the head character of any field. They also cannot be used as the head character of each line when delimited by 35 characters, or after a line break. (4) Customer Reference can neither begin with nor end with "/" (slash). "//" (double-slash) cannot be entered as well. (5) When using National Clearing Code to specify Beneficiary Bank or Intermediary Bank, enter one of the two-character abbreviations of national clearing systems below, followed by a bank code with the correct number of digits as shown below in the parentheses. *If the Settlement Account is of an MUFG Bank office, the two-character abbreviation can be omitted. *Alternatively, National Clearing Code can be entered in "Beneficiary Bank Name" field. In this case, begin with "//" (double slash) and enter one of the two-character abbreviations of national clearing systems below, followed by a bank code with the correct number of digits as shown below in the parentheses. The bank name must be entered in the "Branch Name / Address" field.
