8 Integral Mission Working Duration : Year 2000 A.D 20012A.D Activities: 1. Managerial Leadership Training Managerial leadership training is a program intended for capacity building of Christian church and organization deliberately working for communities in the nation. Training has been designed to build lay leadership for equal sharing in the development of nation and to strengthen community by envisioning integral mission leadership. Duration: 9 months each year August to April. Number of Participants who completed training successfully: 205 church leaders and workers since 2000 AD.
9 2. Peniel Sewa Samuha: God has His vision and inspiration for his followers. The Managerial leadership training students of the year of 2006 had formed an organization to respond the communities needs this group named ''Peniel Sewa Samuha'' (This is a Local development Team) these groups are now closely working with the ETSC/Nepal. Peniel Sewa Samuha has focused its efforts to address the local issues and community service to transform the society. Peniel service groups have been formed in different districts of Nepal. Peniel Service groups have been actively working for the prevention of human trafficking and HIV/AIDS. Despite of these ministries we are compelled to work for the Peace Building in the communities. Upon the request of Peniel Sewa Samuha and the churches. Because the ethnic and communal harmony is being disturbed in these days even religious groups are promoting unhealthy extreme realm so it necessary for Christian to work for the peace in order to bring the message of love and eternal.
10 ETSC-Nepal has been supporting these Peniel groups for their initiative. Peniel Sewa Samuha itself is the group of energetic young Christian men/ women involve in community service to transform the society with the eternal message and acts of God. A Peniel Sewa Samuha of Khotang district has become registered organization with the name of ''Naya Samudaya Shanti yuva Samuha'' working for peace building. Interfaith seminar, educational support for conflicted affected children, VDC's mediation process is the activities in which they have been involved. 3. Formation of saving groups: The participant's students involve in evangelism and to organize church and community people to take initiative i.e. forming saving groups for credit and lone and income generation in their church and communities.

Church community mobilization process: Envisioning the local churches in the community for Integral Mission and encouraged to see possible opportunity to serve all people without any discrimination. Objectively ETSC-Nepal is involve to.. To orient church leaders on the concept of CCMP. To enable church leaders to the understand Integral Mission of the local churches To encourage Christians in identifying gospel opportunities in their community To support them to prepare action plans to engage in community mobilization for transformation. 5. Visioning Workshops: This visioning workshop & planning activities was organized for the Church leaders those were graduates' of Managerial Leadership Training. Till now Twelve Batch Students passed n they are serving community and churches through the words of God.

Skill development training for Women returned from Indian Circusvictimized and exploited by circus industries in India. 5. Co-operative saving group formation and operational support for trafficking vulnerable people. 6.Enterprise development training, facilitation and material support for trafficked women and trafficking vulnerable people. 7. Leadership training against human trafficking from vulnerable groups. 8.Interfaith leaders training for human trafficking. 9.Develop and distribution of IEC materials (Audio Visual"SACHETANA") for raising awareness on human trafficking in VDC's. Training sessions for 30 days and conflict affected field survey study are the key learning's for participants. Formation of Peace committee to promote and create thoughts for communal harmony and address the pain of discrimination of conflicts are the achievements of initiative. 18 Food security Working DurationWorking Area: Padampokhari, Churiyamai, Basamadi, Hadikhola, Hetauda Working Duration:Year 2008 A.D A.D Activities: 1. Group formation: There are 10 cooperative saving groups with 250 members (women 205women and 45 men) comprised of Dalit, Chepang, Tamang and others from very poor families have given management training and counseling for the operation of Groups. 2. Income generation training: Members of groups have participated in income generation training. Women Living with HIV/AIDS have been trained to start small business. 3. Goat Exchange program: Very poor house hold have been received the goat for income generation. Staffs are involved to coach the household to raise the goats. When there will be other goats produced than the other member in the group can receive the goats. This will go on and on as a cycle and there will be new members added to the groups or they can form other groups.
19 4. Materials support: HIV infected women are empowered with swing machine, goat, and poultry for food security. Women saving groups are supported for hi-yield seed and fertilizer to increase food supply. Vulnerable women are supported Small shops to increase their ability to supply food to their families. 5. Farmers and drought: 200 farmers of 5 VDC's with less than 5 kattha land had been supported for hi-yield seed and fertilizer at the time of drought 2004 AD. 6. Revolving fund: HIV/AIDS and trafficking vulnerable people groups have been supported with fund for their small business schemes each two group received the fund and they have started their monthly saving collection. Saving groups have been provided revolving fund.
