I-94 not issued to those who are not: Refugees, Asylees, Parolees Can retrieve status on website and confirmed by Customs and Border Protection Stamp ( 4/2011 USCIS retires red ink 07/01/2014 NEW blue colored ink for secure stamps. Some stamps still use black ink. Blue ink used for more than admissions stamps
