1 Injunction sent to has Mr Henri MOVA SAKANYI Ambassador of the DRC close the Benelux countries Mister the Ambassador, The embassy of the DRC in collaboration with the Center for the Development of the Company in initials CDE organizes in its center, this Thursday, March 18, 2010 of 12:30 to 17:00, a seminar of information on the possibilities of framing and financing for the development of the companies in DRC. Waited until from the start, we hold to inform you clearly that the CDE is a fictitious, illegal and criminal organization without legal base, nor Headquarters agreement and exerting in Belgium in all impunity. The Belgian federal government directed by Mr Yves LETERME is unable to provide of it us the Law of Approval approved by the two Belgian rooms; That this transnational criminality is made within the European Union starting from Brussels, Capitale of Europe by the European deputy Louis MICHEL (who lately was in Kinshasa to negotiate file ZETES) with certain véreux European civils servant; That the organized plundering of the natural resources the Democratic republic of Congo is radio-controlled in all impunity from Belgium by means of the association of criminals called CDI/CDE alias CDE, created and orchestrated by Mr Louis MICHEL to the 52 Hermann Debroux in 1160 Brussels; That knowing that under the pressure of a penal instruction that I initiated by a complaint with constitution of civil part, its members impostors are spirit to take a runout powder and hoping, without believing in it too much, to escape their arrest for a detention and the deprivation with life of their civic rights and political; That thus Mr Maboussa THIAM, the impostor introduced as Director, Christian CLAUDON, as Assistant editor as more than 17 other employees have just fled without asking for their accounts!!!; That under these conditions, to receive or accommodate only one of the members of this fictitious and illegal association in our Embassy to organize a seminar without checking there, at least, the legality of their legal existence in Belgium, you will make yourselves guilty of HIGH TREASON of the Congolese State, in accordance with the current constitution; That early or late in front of Congolese NUREMBERG, I will be your indicter in front of Congolese judges with this letter as proof so that you do not say I did not know exactly what this CDI/CDE alias CDE plotted against the DRC ; 1
2 By this reason, By the present one, I come to officially to put you in residence to cut any contact with CDI/CDE alias CDE claiming to have replaced the TDCI within the framework of the ACP- EEC partnership agreements, because it is a highly harmful criminal structure with the interests of the DRC, not having any legal existence. I highly recommend to you to cancel this alleged seminar. Do not believe me on words, but believe because with all the explanations and all the documents that the members of this CDI/CDE alias CDE gave you to make accept the passage of the TDCI towards their CDE, you will not be able to still answer the questions: 1. Which is the name of the Representative of the Democratic republic of Congo (RDC) which was present at the supposed meeting of the Committee of the ACP Ambassadors it of the , during which would have been taken the decision of transfer of the legal personality, the resources and the activities of the TDCI towards the CDE, according to the declarations of Louis MICHEL? 2. Which was the position of this Congolese Representative? The spirit of my Injunction is animated of my patriotic love to recover a brother who lost himself in the bad camp and of my determination to give my life for Kongo: It is never too late to return to the reason Fact in Brussels, on March 14th, 2010 Mariyus NOKO NGELE 2
