This report has been submitted in accordance with Article 11, paragraphs 11, 12 and 2 of the. All restrictions have been notified previously with the ception of certain initialled amendments to the bilateral agreements between Norway and respectively Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and German Democratic Republic, as well as an initialled bilateral agreement with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
