3 IGE 2017 Challenge "The IGE PRAGUE 2017 will provide a unique opportunity for 100 future young leaders from around the world, working together during several days on special projects focused on inclusion, employment and skill development. All participants will work on developing their potential, new leadership skills, their abilities to overcome limits and barriers as well as building successful teams." 7 IGE 2017 In action 10 international teams of 100 young people from across the globe 10 innovative and creative projects which will help change the world 6 days in the Czech Republic and Slovakia 2 days in the field where delegates are placed in unfamiliar and challenging environments 1 closing forum with a panel of investors and experts, including the project presentations from each team Aim of the field visits: Research influential organisations within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, making comparisons with organisations in other countries Understand issues facing young people in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and consider ways to tackle them Gain direct insight into the lives of those living in challenging circumstances; live in a children's home; come from a marginalised community; be a migrant child; build a start-up, etc.
