Commissioner White moved to approve recommendation by the County Law Director a settlement consideration for Linen Services Plus v. Anderson County. Seconded by Commissioner Shuey. Motion carried by voice vote. Purchasing Committee Report 9. Commissioner Fritts moved to add to the agenda Verizon Cellular Service Contract 09/10 Addendum. Seconded by Commissioner Haun. Motion carried by voice vote. 10. Commissioner Fritts moved to approve recommendation from the Purchasing Committee the E. M Associates the contract for the Anderson County Emergency Management Department for Hazard Mitigation preparation services. Seconded by Commissioner White. Motion carried by voice vote. 11. Commissioner Fritts moved to approve recommendation from the Purchasing Committee the Verizon Cellular Service Contract 09/10 Addendum. Seconded by Commissioner White. Motion carried by voice vote.

19. Commissioner Gillenwaters moved to defer the Worker s Comp amount $83,214.26 back the Budget Committee to look at funding from the Designated Fund Reserve. Seconded by Commissioner McKamey. Motion carried by voice vote. Conservation Board Report No action taken at this time. Operations Committee Report 20. Commissioner McKamey moved to approve recommendation from the Operations Committee to assign space as follows: Rm 51-School Department Curriculum Coordinators: Rms 52 & 57 School Department Food Service; Rms 53 & 54 Trustees Office; Rm 55 Courthouse Maintenance; and Rm 56 UT Extension Office Storage with the amendment that upon an emergency need the space assigned will be vacated with a 30 day written notice. Seconded by Commissioner Hitchcock. Motion carried by voice vote. 21. Commissioner McKamey moved to approve the resolution for Professional Services Contracts. Seconded by Commissioner Albright. Amended by Commissioner Bolling to referred resolution back to Operations Committee. Seconded by Commissioner Cox. Motion carried by voice vote. 22. Commissioner McKamey moved to approve recommendation from the Operations Committee of the 2.2 million dollar performance contracting project concept of the contract with Johnson Controls. Seconded by Commissioner Biloski. Motion carried by voice vote. Revenue Committee Report 23. Commissioner Wandell moved to approve recommendation from the Revenue Committee authorizing Commissioner Wandell to attend the 2010 Energy Communities Alliance Annual Conference, February 11-12, 2010 in Washington, D.C. Seconded by Commissioner Creasey. Motion carried by voice vote. 24. Commissioner McKamey moved to fund the D.C trip for Commissioner Wandell. Seconded by Commissioner Biloski. Creasey, Fritts, Gillenwaters, Haun, Hitchcock, Iwanski, McKamey, Shuey, Wandell and White. Motion carried.
