Decisions made by the Coastside Design Review Committee, where no other planning applications are involved (e.g., use permit, grading permit, etc.), are appealable within ten (10) working days to the Planning Commission for a fee of $473.55. Where other planning applications require consideration by a different decision maker, it shall be that decision, including the Design Review, that is appealable.
