The applicant shall explore permanent traffic calming measures along Pacific View Lane where the existing subdivision transitions to the new four-lot subdivision proposed for this project. 4. Construction access shall be provided off of Quail Drive to the greatest extent practicable and shall be reviewed and approved by the City prior to issuance of grading/building permit.
