Home Instruction Program Agreement (Attachment #3.H) The Board approves the agreement between Alternatives Unlimited, Inc. and the Ocean City Board of Education to provide home instruction services, on an as needed basis, at the rate of $30/hr. for the 2011-12 school year. Tuition Contract The Board approves a tuition contract for the 2011-12 school year with Gloucester County Vocational-Technical School District for 1 fulltime student in the amount of $7,790. *This professional service appointment is recommended for approval as an authorized exception to the Public School Contracts Law (N.J.A.C. 6:20-8.1 through 6:20-8.7 and N.J.S.A. 18A: 18A-1, et seq.) J. Clean Energy Solar Project The Board approves a two-phased Solar Energy Project study as proposed by Garrison Architects and their Clean Energy Consultant, Blue Sky Power. Phase 1 of the project is a Clean Energy Economic and Engineering Feasibility Report at a cost of $10,000. Phase 2 is the preparation of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and oversight leading up to the award of the project at a cost of $20,000. Phase 2 is subject to the results of the Phase 1 report. The Business Administrator shall issue a purchase order for Phase 2, only if results of the Phase 1 report indicate the project is feasible to the School District. K. Donation to City of Ocean City The Board is donating an air compressor from the School District to the City of Ocean City Department of Fire and Rescue Services. The approximate estimated value is $150. L. Acceptance of Cape Educational Fund Grant (Attachment #3.L) (Ocean City Representatives Only) The Board accepts $500 Cape Educational Fund Grant money for the Intermediate School Cape Educational Grant application, Feelin Good Mileage Club.
