Executive Board Accomplishments More than 20 group hours dedicated to Executive Board meetings. Updated all existing bylaws, policies, and procedures. Created procedures for all subcommittees. Created new Mentorship and Women s Commission subcommittees. Developed detailed budgets for each subcommittee.

Communications Subcommittee & Information Secretary Accomplishments Increased usage of brand on all published materials. Increased average monthly website visits from 465 per month to 556 per month. An increase of 18%. 198 Blog Posts

Communications Subcommittee & Information Secretary Accomplishments Requested/Received Governor s Proclamations: Women s Health Week & Day Take Our Daughters & Sons to Work Day

Conference Accomplishments 536 attendees received professional training. Keynote Speaker: Dr. Karen Johnson 15 presentations with topics on: Job readiness Interpersonal & Team Communication Personal Finance Goal setting and attaining Emotional Intelligence 3 Wellness activities throughout the day. 19 agencies partnered with ICSEW. Over $39,000 raised to support ICSEW.

Health & Wellness Accomplishments The ICSEW Health & Wellness Committee had a great year Organized after-lunch activities during membership meetings: The Best Week Ever Wellness Champions Workplace Stretching

Historian Accomplishments Reorganized and archived historical committee documents on SharePoint site. Showcased over 30 historically significant Washingtonian Women through articles posted to the ICSEW Blog and social media.

Legislative & Policy Accomplishments Held educational presentations on civic engagement and the legislation process. Tracked 95 bills during regular session. Shared 11 bills through social media Facebook: 750 view Twitter: 874 impressions ICSEW Blog: 358 views

Legislative & Policy Accomplishments Created new templates for Bill Alerts and Communication Plans. Developed and provided resources to members on how to contact their representatives. Surveyed members for prospective issues and concerns. Pay equity was the highest ranking response by members.

Mentorship Accomplishments Proposed statewide mentorship programs to Governor's Office. Built sustainable partnerships with the following state employee Business Resource Groups (BRG/ERG): LLN Latino Leadership Network VERG Veteran s Employee Resource Group RAIN Rainbow Alliance and Inclusion Network (LGBTQ+ State Employee Business Resource Group) WIN Washington Immigrant Network (Launching June) PWD BRG People With Disabilities Business Resource Group (just now forming)

Membership Accomplishments Appointed 19 new representatives (increase of over 10%) and 27 new alternates (an increase of over 75%) to ICSEW. Assisted subcommittees with logistics & coordination of events. More than doubled guest attendance during membership meetings. Professional Development Accomplishments Provided 15 hours of professional development to members through 14 special guests and group presentations. More than 21 professionals volunteered time and expertise to lead workshops and trainings. Connected with over 100 community professionals who support ICSEW s mission and vision.

Public Outreach Accomplishments Partnered with 22 state agencies to collect $6,300 worth of hygiene products for the YWCA of Olympia s Other Bank.

Public Outreach Accomplishments ICSEW members volunteered with Rebuilding Together Thurston County on multiple days to improve safety, cleanliness, and other repairs. Gathered donations for Interfaith Works Emergency Shelter in downtown Olympia. Attended community events supporting: Family Support Center Rebuilding Together Thurston County Community Youth Services

Public Outreach Accomplishments Staffed promotional outreach events: Public Service Recognition Week in Olympia & Spokane ICSEW Health and Wellness Fair The Evergreen State College Health and Wellness Fair

Women s Commission Accomplishments Newest Subcommittee, formed in February 2018. Tracked HB 2759 which established the Washington State Women s Commission. Section 7 includes staff support specifically for ICSEW. Advocating for role in this historic commission. Applications submitted for appointment to 9 member Women s Commission.
