BURROWS, County Judge COMMISSIONER RUSSELL SCHNEIDER, Precinct #1 COMMISSIONER TIM BROWN, Precinct #2 COMMISSIONER BILL SCHUMANN, Precinct #3 COMMISSIONER JOHN FISHER, Precinct #4 SHELLEY COSTON, County Clerk BRYAN NEAVES, County Engineer MINUTE ORDER #022/18: County Judge Jon Burrows called to the Courts attention that the minutes of January 22, 2018, 9:00 a.m. regular session had been received. After due discussion, these minutes were approved as presented. Agenda #4 - Order Restricting Outdoor Burning (Burn Ban) MINUTE ORDER #025/18: County Judge Jon Burrows presented for consideration after determination that circumstances are present in all or part of the unincorporated area of the County that create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning, and the issuance of an Order Restricting Outdoor Burning (Burn Ban). After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Bill Schumann, the Court

unanimously approved issuing an Order Restricting Outdoor Burning to be effective on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. and set to expire at 10:00 a.m. on February 26, 2018. A copy of said Order is attached hereto and made part of these minutes. Agenda #5 Polling Place Lease Agreement MINUTE ORDER #026/18: Bell County Elections Administrator Melinda Luedecke presented for approval polling place lease agreement for voting Precinct 401 between Bell County, as Lessee, and Gary Vaughn, as Lessor, to use the certain structure located at 2825 Boys Ranch Road, Kempner, Texas for a term not to exceed four (4) days for each primary and general election conducted by the Bell County Election s Administration Office during the calendar year 2018, at a rental fee of $1,000. After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner John Fisher, second by Commissioner Tim Brown, the Court unanimously approved this matter. A copy of said lease agreement is attached hereto and made part of these minutes. Agenda #11 Final Budget Amendments -FY 2017 MINUTE ORDER #032/18: After due discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner John Fisher, the Court unanimously approved the Final Budget Amendments for Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2017. A copy of said Budget Amendments are attached hereto and made part of these minutes. Agenda #12 Claims MINUTE ORDER #033/18: County Judge Jon Burrows presented the claims, accounts payable, payroll, restitution and juror pay for review to the Court. After proper review, upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner John Fisher, the Court unanimously approved all such matters. All according to a copy of same being of record in the office of the County Auditor. (The Court then went into workshop session to discuss those items on the workshop agenda with no action being taken on any item.) There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
