The Communications Workers of America, Local 911, cause number D-307-CV-2016-02430; 2) to discuss pending or threatened litigation pertaining to draining and flooding issues in the La Union area; and, 3) to provide a general overview to BOCC of current pending or threatened litigation as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, 10-15-1 (H)(7).
