5. Pivotal Utility Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Elizabethtown Gas advising they have filed a petition with the NJBPU to request an increase to the Energy Efficiency Program Rider. Public Hearings have been scheduled at two locations in the State. (3/1/18) 6.
