Richard Williams, Chairman of the Town of Peru Planning Board, called the meeting of Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to order. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. Introduction of new Code Enforcement Officer, Bob Guynup. ROLL CALL: RICHARD WILLIAMS, CHAIR BENJAMIN WRIGHT, VICE CHAIR MARK ROBINSON ADELE DOUGLAS KARA MCBRAYER KIM BUDWICK NICHOLAS ZAGRODZKI CODE OFFICER, BOB GUYNUP : ABSENT : EXCUSED : ABSENT APPROVAL of May 11, 2016 minutes. MOTION: Mr. Williams made the motion to table the May 11 th, 2016 since there was not enough present to approve the minutes. Second by Ms. McBrayer. ROLL CALL: Mr. Williams ~ yes, Mr. Robinson ~ yes, Mrs. McBrayer ~ yes Mr. Zagrodski ~ yes PUBLIC: Mr. Williams let everyone know that they did not have a full Board but there was enough for a quorum. If anyone wants to wait until the next meeting when there is a full Board, they can. Question from the audience, if there needs to be a unanimous vote for item to pass. Mr. Williams answered yes. We have a seven member board so four votes needed for a quorum. 1

PLANNING BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, MAY 08, 2016 The applicants, the Remillards were not present. Land Surveyor, Dean Lashway was present as representative to explain the project and address any concerns. The SEQR was reviewed. The Applicants propose to subdivide off a 3.18 acre lot that will be merged to adjoining agricultural lands, tax parcel 269.-2-23, also owned by the applicants. Board members asked several questions relating to project. SEQR Review: - MOTION: Motion by Mrs. McBrayer to declare as an unlisted action and the Town of Peru as the Lead Agency. Second by: Mr. Robinson Roll Call: Mr. Williams ; Mr. Robinson ; Mrs. McBrayer ; Mr. Zagrodski - McBrayer Roll Call: Mr. Williams, Mr. Robinson -, Mrs. McBrayer, MOTION: Motion By Mr. Robinson; Second by Mr. Zagrodski: to approve the Application for Subdivision split. Roll Call: Mr. Williams, Mr. Robinson -, Mrs. McBrayer, MOTION: Motion By Mr. Robinson; Second by Mr. Zagrodski: to approve the application for property merge be with adjoining agricultural lands. Mark Petraschune was present as representative to explain the project and address any concerns. The SEQR was reviewed. Application was to (1) Create a residential lot for a homestead at 313 John Boswell Rd; and (2) Separate an 18 acre woodlot and merge with a 20 acre and a 20.6 acre woodlot. SEQR Review: MOTION: Motion by Mr. Robinson to declare as an unlisted action and the Town of Peru Board as the Lead Agency. Second by: Mrs. McBrayer Roll Call: Mr. Williams ; Mr. Robinson ; Mrs. McBrayer ; Mr. Zagrodski McBrayer Roll Call: Mr. Williams, Mr. Robinson -, Mrs. McBrayer, MOTION: Motion By Mr. Williams to establish an 8.2 acre residential lot for a homestead.
