Interrogating this dilemma, they will offer comparative practice perspectives beginning with experience from Aceh, Timor Leste and Sri Lanka; also with reference to the complexities of Sudan. Following their remarks and observations, they will open to a wider discussion with participants for engagement on viewpoints, additional questions and research agendas. 4
