Please join us for a fun filled weekend in Columbus, OH. We are strongly encouraging everyone to take advantage of the online registration and register individually. Consider doing our Full registration package! This package will include the following conference materials: a conference badge, workbook, meal/event tickets (Annie Neville Luncheon, Awards Banquet, Prayer Breakfast, and Undergraduate Activity), souvenir booklet and the 75 th conference gift. Registration Only package will include your conference badge and workbook. Did you know that if you bought an onsite/ala carte UG luncheon ticket at $80 with the registration only option at ($125) adding an additional $70 bucks would get you a full package! Swap out the luncheon tickets for an onsite/ala carte banquet ticket ($90) and adding an additional $60 bucks gets you a full package! It worth the investment! General information 1. Chapters, Sorors and Affiliates must be financial (both on the national and regional levels) by February 19, 2015. 2. All newly inducted members (Sorors and Affiliates) must have paid both their national and regional assessments. 3. All Full registration packages except guest includes: a conference badge, workbook, meal/event tickets (Annie Neville Luncheon, Awards Banquet, Prayer Breakfast, and Undergraduate Activity), souvenir booklet, the 75 th conference gift, meeting room access and market place access (vendors, exhibits.). Note: Meals/Ala Carte Undergraduate Activity is nonrefundable. 4. Life Member Luncheon tickets are sold separately for $70 (not included in package). 5. Undergraduate Activity tickets are included in the Full Registration package this year. 6. Rhoer Activity tickets are included in the Rhoer package. Note: Rhoer Advisors tickets are sold separately for $ 25 (not included in package) 7. Limited tickets will be sold at registration for meals and event functions. 8. Refund confirmations will be reviewed and processed 45 business days after the Regional Conference. 4. A 50% service fee will be charged for all guest cancellations.
