RESIGNATION - SECTION 12 OF REGULATION 708 MADE UNDER THE LAW SOCIETY ACT The following members apply for permission to resign their memberships in the Society and have submitted Declarations/Affidavits in support. In all cases the annual filings are up to date. In cases where the member was engaged in the practice of Ontario law for any amount of time, the member has declared that all trust funds and clients property for which they were responsible have been accounted for and paid over to the appropriate persons. They have further declared that all clients matters have been completed and disposed of, or arrangements made to the clients satisfaction to have their papers returned to them, or have been turned over to another lawyer. The Complaints, Audit and Staff Trustees departments all report that there are no outstanding matters with these members that should prevent them from resigning. These members have requested that they be relieved of publication in the Ontario Reports: 1.
