Statement on Human Security and Pacification in the Formal Inaugural Sitting The statements, in the Formal Inaugural Sitting, will have simultaneous translation from Portuguese into English and from English into Portuguese. Second Statement: Professor Yukio Takasu, Special Adviser to the General Secretary of the United Nations for Human Security Affairs and Representative of the United Nations Fund for Human Security. Time: 15 minutes. Third Statement: Professor Luis Roberto Barroso, Minister of the Federal Supreme Court of Brazil. Time: 15 minutes. Fourth Statement: Speech about "The Pacification of the World" at the Closing of the Formal Inaugural Sitting Statement of Cardinal Peter Turkson, Major of the Vatican City in Rome and President of the Vatican Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace in Rome.
