Every 5 hours that you spend in the library will go towards the A-Raffle every two weeks. 2. The member who spends the most recorded time at the library this semester will get a prize at the end of the semester. 3. The Executive Board has proposed a complete restructure of our bylaws and standing rules so that they are more congruent with the National Bylaws 2. Karen will be emailing a copy of the proposed bylaws and standing rules once they are finished, and the official proposal will be next Monday, August 29, 2016, along with the amendment process. 3.
