Total cost of $2,954,880 Savannah Springs, L.P. will construct a 35 unit multi-family affordable senior housing community they will fulfill the need for more affordable senior housing on the northeast side of the city. The project will develop a site that has sat mostly vacant for several years. Two part-time jobs will be created as a result of the project.
