Special Education Out-of-District Placements 2009-2010 Information Summary: The following Moorestown special education out-of-district student is recommended for placement in the appropriate program and school as mandated in the Individualized Education Program (IEP). I recommend that the Board approve the special education student placement listed on Exhibit #10-263 for the 2009-2010 school year at the location indicated at the approved tuition rate with transportation provided. 2. Burlington County Alternative High School Placements for 2009-2010 Information Summary The students listed are recommended for placement in the program at Burlington County Alternative High School. 5

XII. XIII. Public Comments Executive Session WHEREAS, N.J.S.A.10:4-6 ET.SEQ. ( The Open Public Meetings Act ), authorizes Board of Education to meet in executive session under certain circumstances, and WHEREAS, the Open Public Meetings Act requires that the Board adopt a resolution at a public meeting to go into private session, now therefore BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of Moorestown Township, that it is necessary to meet in executive session to discuss the following: 1.
