Please make each member aware of the deadlines for registration, hotel room reservations, meal reservations, etc. as many of these may occur before you resume your regular schedule in the fall. Feel free to make additional copies if necessary. Voting body of the Division Convention shall consist of all Division Officers, Ex-Division Presidents, dues paying Honorary Division Presidents, Committee Chairmen, District Directors, Chapter Presidents and duly elected Chapter Delegates. All UDC members are encouraged to attend the Executive Board Meeting and Business Sessions. Guests are welcome to attend non-business functions, including Memorial Service, Welcome Evening Banquet, Friendship Luncheon, Historical Evening & Bestowal of Military Service Awards Ceremony and Reception.
