Music CDs Children's Books Romance Speaking of Romance - we have moved the paperback Romances into the Adult Fiction collection, bringing together all of an author's work. For many, like Mary Balogh, Amanda Quick, and Susan Elizabeth Phillips, they started out as paperback authors and 'graduated' to selling in hard cover. We have also added series information to the spine label. So, if you're like me and must read your historical romances in order, now you can! - Sharon Everything eresources After most of our programs, we post photos online. Here are few you could see from last week's Mother Goose Day, the Poetry and Music Cabaret, featuring special guest Dan Simpson, and Comic Book Day! News and Notes Like Us on Facebook Follow Us on Twitter - @HVLonline Follow Us on Instagram! - hvlibrary Visit us on Pinterest - hvlibrary Director's Corner - Want a glimps of a great day at the Library? Let's look at May 7: First, we had a Friends meeting followed by a program they organized on Places to Vistit in Pennsylvania. Next, we hosted our first English as a Second Language conversation group with four young ladies attending and help from volunteer Peggy. Following that, we set up for the Teen Test Time Study Hall. Oh and from 4-7, Miss Glynnis was at Pine Road for the school's Scholastic Book Fair, spreading the word about Summer Reading! Then at 7 pm you had your choice of programs: "The Versitility of Your Heirlooms & Treasures" with Harry Merrill & Son, Jewelers courtesy of the Friends or the Pennypack Trail Progress talk, featuring Jody Holton (Montgomery County) and Larry Eastwood (National Railroad Historical Society). This was the second program organized in cooperation with the Lower Moreland Township's Loreen Montagnon. In addition, our new temporary part-time Library Assistant, Lauren, started. Icing on the cake - I learned from the Township that the window sills will be fixed and the stairwell painted before we take over management of the Community Room. Goodbye duct-tape on the stairs! Thank you to everyone who helped make May 7 such a great day! A couple of pictures from the Pennypack Trail Progress talk:
