Warrants California Public Employees Retirement System A motion was moved and seconded to approve the November 6, 2018 Warrants California Public Employees Retirement System, as presented. California Public Employees Retirement System Unfunded Accrued Liability (UAL) Budget Amendment Manager Moody provided the Board with information on the California Public Employees Retirement System Unfunded Accrued Liability (UAL) Budget Amendment. Manager Moody reported the District would be able to save in excess of $2 million in the long-term if an additional payment in the amount of $1,281,282 is made on the District s UAL. A motion was moved and seconded to approve the Budget Amendment in the amount of $1,281,282 for the California Public Employees Retirement System Unfunded Accrued Liability (UAL), as presented. Base Monthly Payments Recap, 11/01/18 Manager Moody provided the Board with an update on the status of the Base Monthly Payment year-to-date. Manager Moody reported the this report is as of November 1, 2018. All Urban Contractors have paid. The District has $279,412.69 of overpaid funds. This item was for information only. E. COMMITTEE REPORTS (None) F. REPORT OF GENERAL MANAGER 1. Water Supply Report as of 11/05/18 Manager Moody provided a handout of the Water Supply Report for information only that included storage, release, and production data collected from various sources as of midnight last night. There is 153,914 AF in storage at New Hogan Reservoir. Current releases are set at 204 cfs. There is 1,749,271 AF in storage at New Melones Reservoir. Current release at Goodwin Dam to Stanislaus River are set at 458 cfs and release to all water users are set at 507 cfs. There are no irrigator(s) on New Hogan, New Melones or Out-of-District. The water treatment plant is currently processing 25 mgd. The City of Stockton is currently processing 22 mgd. 2. Information Items: Manager Moody noted items: F2a-1 and F2a-2. 3. Report on General Manager Activities a. Stockton East Water District Activities Update Manager Moody reminded the Board that there will be an Agricultural Operations Committee on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Noon. Director Cortopassi inquired if a draft budget can be provided prior. Manager Moody advised copies will be printed and distributed to the Committee prior to their departure from today s meeting. Manager Moody inquired which Board Members attending the ACWA Fall Conference, who will be checking in to the hotel on Sunday. Director Watkins advised he will be checking in on Sunday. We are developing a Groundwater Sustainability Plan that reflects local needs and conditions and prioritizes local control over water resources.
