General information 1. Chapters, Sorors and Affiliates must be financial (both on the national and regional levels) by January 1, 2016. 2. All newly inducted members (Sorors and Affiliates) must have paid both their national and regional assessments. 3. All registration packages except guest includes: conference material, souvenir booklet, meeting room access, market place access (vendors, exhibits.), badge and conference gift. 4. Life Member Luncheon tickets are sold separately for $65 (not included in package). 5. Limited tickets will be sold at registration for meals and event functions. 6. Conference registration fees are non-refundable as we will have already processed and purchased your conference materials. You must designate someone from your chapter to pick up your materials and gift during the conference. 2. Conference Registration exception process to request refund: a. A written formal request explaining the reason why a refund is being requested must be made by February 12, 2016 to the Grammateus. No exceptions. b. Refund confirmations will be reviewed and processed 45 business days after the Regional Conference. c. A 50% service fee will be charged for all guest cancellations.
