Be it resolved that the Board Secretary for the Board of Education of the Wallkill Valley Regional High certifies that, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(c) (3), as of November 30, 2018, no line item account has encumbrances and expenditures, which in total exceed the line item appropriation in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(a); and Be it further resolved, that the Board of Education of the Wallkill Valley Regional High certifies that, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(c) (4), after review of the Board Secretary s and Treasurer s monthly financial report and upon consultation with the appropriate District Official that to the best of its knowledge no major account or fund has been over-expended and that sufficient funds are available to meet the District s financial obligations for the remainder of the year. 5. Be it resolved by the Wallkill Valley Regional High Board of Education to approve a Child Study Team request for student #1819025 to attend the Terranova Group Inc. t/a Chapel Hill. The cost of the placement is $339.00 per day. Classes began on November 15, 2018 and will end in June 2019. 6. Be it resolved by the Wallkill Valley Regional High Board of Education to renew a contract with USA Hoist Co., Inc. for the purpose of obtaining an Elevator Maintenance Agreement. The contract will begin November 1, 2018 and will be in effect for 12 months. The cost of this contract is $3,400. B.
